Their outfit was a pleasure to work with. A nice human being was readily available to talk to, they were able to accommodate a last minute rental, texted me when they were on their way, and didn’t mind returning to my house to change the location of the unit due to safety concerns. And the water slide MADE MY PARTY FABULOUS!!!!

Fun Run had amazing customer service and was extremely professional from start to finish. The setup process was completely hassle-free, and they truly came prepared with everything needed for the slide including a tarp, stakes to secure it, extension cords, and even water hoses. I booked pretty last minute, but they still made sure we had a slide and communicated with me every step of the way. Their communication was excellent the entire time. The day of our party, bad weather was in the forecast. Not only did they personally call to confirm whether our event was still happening, but they also explained exactly what to do if the weather became severe. They even followed up with a text reminder once the storm started rolling in. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and making sure everything goes smoothly. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again!
